We had two Tuesdays this week.
The first one started on Beachcomber Island in Fiji and ended at Nadi Airport, also on Fiji.
Then we took off and a couple of hours later we crossed the International Date Line and restarted Tuesday. We landed on Christmas Island in Kiribati at dawn and then continued to Honolulu.
We got through immigration remarkably quickly, got on the inter-island plane and arrived in Hilo, on the Big Island.
Hired a car, shopped in a supermarket and drove to our rented house at Kapoho where we settled in – emptied our suitcases for the first time since August!!!
Now relaxing and hope to get our blog up to date – there’s lots to say about New Zealand and Fiji!
